l'Atelier du Joel Robuchon - Etoile, Paris France

L'Atelier du Joel Robuchon - Etoile - Two Michelin stars
Date - May 22, 2013
Dinner - 6:30pm
Tasting menu - 6 courses

We have dined at L'atelier in Las Vegas and had a great time. The thing I remember the most from that dining experience is the raspberry mojito. Best alcoholic drink I have ever had!
This restaurant was very near to the l'arc de triomphe (the star) and was a a little strange, in that is was basically in the basement of a gourmet grocery store (Publicis drugstore). We arrived a little early and roamed the drugstore until L'atelier opened.

Each Michelin rated restaurant had a spring pea dish, and this one was my favorite. The peas were cooked perfectly and the flavor was spectacular.

Le Caviar Imperial
This was very nice. Salty and refreshing with the citrus oil.

La Morille (morel mushroom ravioli)

Les petits pois
This was my favorite pea dish of the trip and we have no pciture!

Le Homard (lobster)

Le Saint-Pierre (John Dory fish)

l'agneau de lait (lamb)
or la caille (quail)
These dishes came with the mashed potatoes that he is famous for. So velvety smooth and perfectly creamy.

Le Rubis

Le Dulcey
